So just when I was posting about the kids at RIT doing great new things, I stumble upon them again. I was looking through We can shoot too by J. Wesley Brown and found an old post about Too Much Chocolate. It is a really exciting new internet community that contains a rotating gallery, discussion board and interviews. The featured artist is chosen by the previous weeks photographer and then interviewed by them. Right now Will Govus is being featured who has some exceptional work. He is one of the elite flickr group out there producing exceptional photography. This is what he has to say to Keith Davis Young during the interview:
KDY: People pull their inspiration from all sorts of places, people, and experiences. Where do you find most of yours?
WG: I think for me the best inspiration comes from the little online clique of photographers that I exist in. People like Pete Halupka, Ben Lepley, Neilson Tam, Anna Mack, Jake Wolf, Kohlton Ervin, and Hunt Fanelli all make me want to go out and shoot.
Go look all of these kids up on Flickr, remember their names, you will see them again.
